Please, check that the names of passengers, the dates and times are according to your order. Your program details -document is also your flight ticket, so make sure to have it with you. All cruise participants will be asked to meet at the airport about 2 h before scheduled flight take-off. Our representative at the airport will help you if needed concerning your cruise before you proceed to check-in. In connection with our cruises, we use chartered flights.
Our representative is available two hours before take-off at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, and will assist our customers with check-in if needed. Check-in must be completed 1,5 h before scheduled take-off at the latest. More detailed adviced will be delivered along with the travelling instructions.
The updated information for the flight departures and arrivals will be available 15 hours before the departure/arrival on web www.finavia.fi . At the airport we recommend to check from the monitors the information of the check-in and the flight.
